WA {right across the river form Portland OR} had a mysterious tornado pop down out of nowhere yesterday.

I heard about that on the news Jo....strange stuff!

My book from amazon arrived today (my)Dying is Fun by Christopher Day so am going to curl up with it.

Hope no one was hurt by the tornado JO.
Alffe, is this a fun book or??? I have personal experience of suicide so am fairly savy about it. Thankful that it did not happen to me...lost family members from it.

Still sick but have turned the corner. Praise the Lord...things lookin a bit better. Don still sick so both of us together are so weak we don't even make a whole person. He drove me to the Dollar Tree and I bought 10 new toothbrushes. Ha, they are good ones and only $1, I stocked up. Always change toothbrushes after sickness.
Went to the grocery store and bought some vegetable soup ingredients, so we can have good thick soup and get well. Bought Sunkist vitamin C too!

Still doing fine on my plan though not a true enough plan for weight loss right now...just enough that I am not gaining and can cut down more after pneumonia is gone. Right now I need the food.

Hi everyone, finally got my password so I can post from my laptop. Starting to feel better on my end. Finally went to the doc and she said I have bronchitis and a sinus infection. I started antibiotocs 2 days ago and I am already feeling better. I should have gone last week but I was too sick to get up and go.

Gaye, glad to hear you are starting to feel better too. I saw your pic and I think your hair looks fine. I need a haircut too but my last stylist moved and I hate to try someone new as it is so hard to find someone you like.

Hi Jo, I saw that on the news. Pretty scary stuff. My BIL lives in Coos Bay and he said the winds they got there were pretty wild. Lots of trees down.

So I have weighed again and no more lost but no more gained So I will take that anyday but I will strive for a loss in the next week...Sue

Not feeling to good after a long day. Had to go to Terre Haute for a Heptitis B shot after lunch, so got groceries and came home with no energy. I just got up. I can't find some important papers and it is driving me crazy. It's disturbing my sleep pattern also.

Gaye, I am glad you are getting a little better. It will take time. Gaye and hubby are coming up in June. I only hope I can show them as good of a time as they have shown me when I was down there.

Think I will go lay down again. Tomorrow is another day. We need some sun!

It sounds like most of you could benefit from some homemaid chicken soup. Great idea, Gaye, I hope you as well as Shelly, Billie, and Sue get better soon! Yuck - no fun.

Jo - I was in Salt Lake when the same tornado thing happened. They never get tornados, so instead of getting into shelter, people were all out in the street watching. It was a very scary day. I hope everyone there is ok.
