I gotta clean house again after looking everywhere for tax receits. Still haven't found them, but my tax lady said go ahead and file est. tax, that buys me a little time. After this year it will be easy.

Good morning, I finally have turned the corner and can see my health improving. Still have lots of chest pain in right lung but nothing like what it was. Yippee. don is a bit better too so think we're gonna make it!

Don is making canned bisquits(spell?) and scrambled eggs for our breakfast. I will eat one I think....don't want to, but don't want to hurt his feelings. May take a couple and then put them in the bottom of the garbage can, so he wont know I didn't eat them. Ha, cool way to diet!

Mmmmmm Gaye, I am on my way over for breakfast! Love a man that cooks.

Ugh Billie taxes, I am procrastinating.

Taking down the rest of the x-mas decorations today. I sure will miss em, they are so pretty to look at.

Then its onto chores.

Gaye, glad you and Don are doing better. Your "D" sounds good and that you have a plan for working things out. Mark fixed my best sweeper and now its doing such a good job. I feel better about that, for the pet fur was getting to me.

Shelley~This is just the estimated tax. I had an auction at the begining of the year and that is considered income. It hadn't been reported and I still haven't found the itimized (sp) papers. Keep me in your prayers about finding them. I just have more time, which I need.

Well, it's a busy Saturday at our home. Lots of things that need to get done. I have company coming, BOTH in the same week. Go figure. No one comes for years and all of a sudden, 2 brothers in completely different careers have conferences they need to attend in Las Vegas. Weird, huh. One is only company for an afternoon and one is spending Friday night with us. It's nice of them to come up to see me rather than ask us to come 90 miles down to Vegas.

Anyway, our master bath is still not finished. The sinks need to go in yet and the bedroom is getting new carpet but I don't think we are going to make it.

My son, the baby of the family and the "life challenge" given to me is back in our little city. The good thing is that he is out of Vegas. It seemed to swallow him up as it does to some people. Bad news is that he is right here and as a mom who tends to do to much, I need to stay where I belong. He needs a lot of help, a lot of counseling. And he needs to find the right path to take. He is a lost soul.

So, that's about it for now. I still don't have a date for my surgery. (The implant of a Spinal Cord Stimulator.)

Hi guys,

Well I got all of my chores done.

But I got bad news. My aunt who has had breast cancer for 9 years is dying. She went into the hospital yesterday because she was not feeling well and today they sent her home. There is nothing more that they can do. She could do more chemo and has a good chance but is so weak because she cant eat.

She said she is going home to die.

I am so heartbroken becasue she is like my mom, more than mom is or ever was.

I'm sorry too Shelley. When my husband got so he didn't eat, he didn't live but days. Does this aunt live in Michigan? Will you go to the funeral? I wish I could say something that would help, but as you know there isn't anything that will help at this point. {{{{BIG HUGS For You}}}}
