Hello All, as usual I haven't been to bed, guess it is too late now.

Does anyone know where Wendy is? I saw a tortoise in a magazine today and it made me think about the fact I haven't seen her post lately.

Had a very sucessful day on my eating plan yesterday and hope to do the same today. Actually thinking about going in the kitchen and cooking myself a nice egg. I never eat breakfast this early...I'm a bit hungry and don't want to eat a no-no carb! Carbs are what make me get so hungry and my nice lo-carb plan takes away the hunger. I need to boil up a bunch of eggs.

We have a family reunion coming up in April (Tennessee-Mississippi) and then Don and I will go to see my Sis Billie(Indiana) in June. Such a nice incentive to help to stay on the eating plan.
