yeah, report to DM *judy shaking in her boots*
uh oh, there's cindy  i'm go'in, i'm go'in.darn, weight stable. walked already today. i have to tighten up more at nite. i'm having a couple of snacks like 1/2 brd and 1oz cheese, or fruit. nothing bad but it's just adding calories. the reception (it's not a dinner after all) is thurs 1730-1930. i'll have to eat something before i go. i have a nice crepe brown pant suit outfit i may wear. and i'll wear my mom's beautiful cameo. it's surrounded by little pearls, and pearl stud earrings. i have a beautiful gold and lavendar jade (like a large flower in the jade) bracelt. think i'll wear some black patent shoes. that may be one outfit. my sil said it's on a thurs nite after work so probably not black tie. and, it's not a dinner after all so will be more casual. i just bought the suit. the tailor has the pants and said he'd do it for me early this wk. i'll definitely give you all the low down as it happens.

WOO HOO
 I DID IT! FINALLY! ~~~~ I LOST 2 MORE LBS ~~~~ so 10 more to go to get where i was, which was 40 lbs off. cindy, are you gettin all this math??? i could have gotten up to eat 6 more x's than i did. but my IRON WILL wouldn't let me  gosh this feels GOOD.

woohooo Judy..keep going you can get there again..and further, we know it....
 yeahhhhhhhbeen doing yoga daily..at home mostly then mondays I do a yoga class thru the Y...my muscles are definately feeling it....wow... hugssss,  sarah
