Well, Judy, how are you doing today? Did you walk the dreadmill?

I completely admire your determination and motivation. It's quite inspirational. You should be proud of yourself and give yourself a pat on the back.

So, dear Judy, how are you this day? DM has wandered off to parts unknown, so I may be holding down the fort for a bit. I'm hoping that others will help us keep you inspired, and become inspired by your quest. Now that the Inspiration Alley lives in this new Weightloss Support forum, we might me some new people!

The 'ole froggie" wants to join in too! Looks like fun and will make me hoppy! I can go back to calling myself "froggie" instead of Gaye.
I am inspired already just by reading of your fun!

Yes, Judy, inquiring minds want to know. How did you do today?

Did you get on the DREADMILL? (I used to go to my parents and use their's but I fell on it one day. Something with the movement of it and my legs not working properly made me get mixed up and BAM! LOL Truly, it was funny.)

How was your diet today? Did you eat an adequate amount of fruits and veggies? Not Montel style. Although, I would be so thin on his 4 pounds of fruits and veggies. It would definitely solve any constipation issue. I would be so miserable in that "area" that I would forget all my symptoms and I would definitely be dehydrated. All of that together spells major weightloss.

Keep up the good work!

hi everyone,

i had the bestest day. i spent $$$$.
i went to Norstrom's. i needed underwear and needed to get the girl's locked & loaded (as per TLC's "What Not To Wear"). i won't say what size i ended up with but it's the fit that counts.

then i got some really soft sockies. my feet get cold at nite and they hurt. neuropathic pain.

then i got some lip gloss. after buying tons of all different ones i finally found one that works and stays on.

then i bought a pair of shoes. i like Munroe's. they're expensive but the fit is great. i need a wide width.

then, i went to look at clothes. that was my fatal mistake. sorry cindy, nothing disposable. they had some great things on sale. and when Nortrom has a sale, it's a SALE.

then i had lunch in their cafe. i got a booth with a gorgeous mountain view.
it was so relaxing. i had the asian salad. very good. didn't eat the noodle things.

weight stable this am. last nite was a good nite. maybe lose tomorrow.
still need to walk but i will. promise.
i NEVER hardly go into stores anymore. i used the scooter. now i'm going to take a nap. a lot of effort expended.
NOT!

What a fun day! Also a great way to treat yourself for all of your hard work. I hope you enjoyed.

A nap would be good. I need one after hearing all you did today. LOL.

Good job on the lunch. You are doing great!
