take some time to be all healed.

Hey Judy, just popping in to see how you are. Yea that pain is probably from it pulling and healing. It will get better soon. Wait till it starts to itch! My mom said that was the hardest for her because the pain pills didn't touch the itch.

Hello dear friend~ Just wanted to say Hello and I hope your'e feeling better today. I've been busy w/the garden's bounty making HOT salsa and freezing corn. Lots of work, but it will taste good in the Winter.

my friend had to cx lunch so i did 4 errands on the way home from my appt.
2 driveby and 2 in store.

it was supposed to be so much cooler today but my body didn't know it.
i was so hot and tired when i got home i went straight to bed. didn't sleep but i'm up now and feel better. thanks goodness i have AC. even if my bugget billing went up this yr.

massage tomorrow. fri in and lunch with lenora on sat.
i'm sure i'm healing but i feel like walking around with my hands cupping my boobs and my elbows up and out. not a very attractive posture for winning over strangers. plus i can't hold my cane like that.

well, i was going to lay down again but my little friend next door is doing this high pitched screaming. how does his mom stand it????
when do they outgrow that anyway? he just turned 2.

the neighbors next door must have gotten rid of their dog. i never hear him anymore. it was that or eviction. they had their 3 day notice. and, they're very unfriendly. they probably thought it was me that ratted on them. but i was the one that put the note on their door trying to do a 1 on 1. little twerps.

i was going to say something else but my memory has gone.

I'm LOL at the thought of you walking around holding "the girls" w/your elbows out . Now, that would be a Kodak moment or a good blackmail pic! I know theyr'e all kinds of purty colors w/the bruising, but you just keep them in their holder.

had my massage and boy did i need it.
i still can't lay on my stomach and probably can't for wks to come.
i'm still pretty sore and one side is quite swollen. but the incisions look good.
i'm sure it's normal healing.

i tried to lay down but i can't get comfortable.

tomorrow i may go grocery shopping. i hate that i have to but i do.
i'll have to also check the bags before i leave the store to make sure he doesn't pack them too heavy.

that's about it. nothing exciting. just wish i could sleep.

Judy! I can tell you don't like being stopped from your routine do you? I am the same way. It wont be long and we'll be chatting like crazy about our weight again.

Speaking of, I lost two more pounds and the doctor said he was glad I did because of my sugar and cholesterol. He was concerned about my family history after I told him my brother is on blood thinners after finding out he has a blockage in his late 30's. I told him my mom and dad had heart attacks at the age of 49 but hearing about my little brother made it more serious to him. My sugar was down to 104!!!! Cholesterol within normal!!!! Whoohoo!!! Can you believe he still said my sugar was kind of high? I told him "hey, at least I am staying under 110!" lol He agreed and told me to stay healthy, work hard for my son. LOL He refers to Jim as my son and I don't know why. or maybe he is thinking because my boys are still in college? Who knows? haha

mine was a record low of 117 this am. i'm usually in the 120's to 130's in the morning. you are doing a perfect job of staying healthy. GOOD FOR YOU

i finally caved and took 2 percoset. between the girls and my muscles i need some relief. i'm going to try to lay (or is it lie) down again. i may even call the dr tomorrow if i'm still hurting like this. i swear last wk it was better and this wk the pain is increasing.

i think i'll forget the grocery shopping tomorrow. it'll be an "in" day.

Judy, do you think you may have an infection? You mentioned it's swollen. I pray it's not but just in case you should call in the morning.
