i just can't get rid of this coccyx pain when i sit. i was up and out a lot today and the minute i come home and sit it starts. owww

i've been purposely trying to get out every day and do things around the house to minimize my sitting time. but sooner or later i have to sit.

Judy, I am sorry it isn't working. Would you like to try the gel one I have? Maybe you should try the donut cushion and see if that works. And you are no trouble whatsoever.

tiring day.
i gained a lb.
walked early when my legs were strongest.
went grocery shopping after some errands. went late which just made me more tired. home 1530.

so came home with a car of groceries. go to open my garage door and it won't open. drove to office and walked in. she fixed it. went back and wouldn't open. went back and she fixed it. i think there will be a lot of ****** off people coming home tonite because i wasn't the only one having that problem.

except for me my legs were already tired. i was thinking all i had left was to get upstairs and then had to go into the office twice. uh.

tomorrow is my massage. day 6 and i'm really needing it.

I don't know except it isn't all gel? It's only gel on the booty area. Your probably right that it wouldn't work either though. Just let me know what you think.

Sorry about your day. Tomorrow will be better especially since your getting a massage. If Jim read this thread he'd be giving me the mean eye...lol He loves massages.

I don't think I will ever completely lose that lil roll. It's a post meno thing according to my GYN. Did I mention I just LOVE her?

I'm really impressed w/everyone "moving" in some way or another. It's hard when you don't feel like it. I look at my Exercise Eq and then look at the sofa. Some days it's real hard to choose. Determination and willpower are the key, but not to push it, so that you hurt the next day.

Seriously, I do have a muffin roll under the big shirt. On some days my lower tummy looks like it's smiling, maybe frowning at me I kid you not! Big shirts are my friend.

i still have to walk but need to shower first. doling out the energy to my legs.

had my massage. it was a good one.
she said that i seemed puffy all over so maybe the wt is water.
no pitting edema that i can see. i can't tell but she knows what my body looks like in my bathing suit.

Hey all, took it pretty easy again today, I feel a little residual discomfort from my gymnastics routine yesterday.

What big trip Judy? Are you going somewhere???
