glad you got into your pt donna.

and DM. sowwy you're not feeling well.
i so know what you're talking about.
you want to eat so bad and then it's overboard.

hope your tummy is better yet tomorrow.

today my weight is stable. if i can lose 4lbs i'll believe i'll turn things around.
don't trust myself not to bounce around yet. but, my evening eating has been much better.

i also got my walking in.
i was going to go out but i was so tired i went to bed and feel better.

my brother suggested that even tho i didn't see any damage to the van that i take it into my mechanic to be checked. so that's what i'm doing tomorrow.

here's to a good rest of the nite.

Sorry about the auto accident Judy and glad you are ok!

DM! Nappy swallowed one for ya! Now ya just need to do the fishing for the little sparkler!

Scout? Did you mention a young boy scout Nappy? Is this your scout previously mentioned? How is he doing? What rank is he? What does he have left? When will he be ready for his next rank advancement? What merit badges is he working on? What are his future plans with scouting? Did he have fun on his last outing? Alright....I will stop now....well, don't just sit there...ask the boy! (tapping fingers and waiting....)

*twacking Twiffy on the HAID* Knock it off! You remember the trouble Nappy got into w/the boyscout/tent incident over "yonder" last yr. That poor Jethro never did get his badges back! Nappy's got em; she thinks they's still goin together.

Thanks everyone, I only had a brick in my tummy, cuz I ate too much. It's finally disapated and is now in my colon. *be back in a min*

WHEW~ Problem solved... I feel 10 lbs lighter.

There is a lesson in the above statement... DON'T EAT LIKE A PIGGY!

Now, if I could just "flush" my aching back the same way.

my bad

Judy, I agree that you should have your Van checked over. It could have frame damage or be jarred underneath. Probably not, but it's better to be safe.

Good to see you back Donna and glad the PT helped. You know what's best for your body.

TWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET! Carry on troops and have a good day.

Me? I'm in, as GUESS WHAT? 4 more inches of snow yest. Gimme a break. But, they are claiming 40's in a few days. I'll believe it when I see it.

Well I do believe I will get my exercise in today pushing the Toro through the snow. Yay for me!

Judy, I think your brother is right to have your car checked just in case. I hope you slept well last night.

I went to the doctor yesterday and will find out my results later this afternoon. We hope my liver isn't doing a quiver like it was three months ago. I'll post an update when I know. Oh and the doctors scale is better than mine! I weighed two pounds less at his office! LOL

DM, please keep the extra four inches to yourself OK?

Donna, good luck with your PT and I hope it makes you feel better.

Alffe, the snow here is wet and heavy. YUCK.

i feel guilty for you guys with snow. the weather here is warming up into the 50's and the sun is out. however, march is our snowiest month.

uh...weight stable.
walked this am and got it over with.

tomorrow is my neuro appt. i very much hope the dr can pull a rabbit out of his hat and suggest something else cause the methotrexate isn't do'in a thing.

took the car in for a check and it's fine. whew!

nap time coming.
i'll check in later.

Don't feel guilty Judy. You get your share of snow too. I will take your 50 over my 24 if you don't mind. Glad the car is fine. That's a good mark off the to do list.

I spoke with my doc today and no elevated enzymes! He told me my trigs are 165 and my sugar was 104. For some odd reason he thinks my sugar is high and doesn't want it to get out of control. My trigs are what they have been for awhile, no surprise there. The main thing is the liver is all good. That had me a tad nervous.

Have a sweet nap. I may take one myself.

Whoever thinks we in Indiana need more snow send it somewhere else.

My poor son and his friends are already going two extra weeks this summer.

They don't need anymore.
