Curtsy, Sandy??? Well, if you must!!

I need a massage too, Judy! My MT is still off work from surgery. (such a slacker) Maybe by next wk, she'll be back and I can treat my SIs and MYSELF to a Swedish massage. She's so good! AHHHHHH!

I really need one. Well, keep up the good work everyone. And, like I said, the muffin top is the last thing to go, if it ever leaves at all. That was the number 1 complaint of the members at the workout center, and some of those ladies were tiny and in great shape. Age has a lot to do w/it.

Carry on and hope you all have a good one.

Be a good girl today Judy, and don't undo all the good the massage did.

I'll curtsy but keep an eye out for Cindy. She may try to trip me while I do it.

I think dm just called me old on account of my muffin top. Guess I'll have to tease her until she develops an eating disorder.

Curtsy away, I'm ready.

i'm not going anywhere.
i thought you guys were all going to IL.

well, as if i wasn't treading water already, i've had 2 bad days of eating.
just seemed to go crazy and craving things.
i havn't even got on the scale because i don't want to know and face it.
i'll weigh on sunday.

at least i've kept walking.

i not only have a muffin top but the whole muffin to go along with it.
ha, ha (poo)

i did take it easy today.
just had a haircut. little too short as usual but it grows fast.

oh sandy, the box is in mail back to you.
thanks for trying.
actually my MT did some coccyx pressure points and said my muscles were tight there too. NO jokes pllleeeaaassseee i have been feeling better. either she's a miracle worker or my plan to stay on my feet more is working.

Judy, I wont make fun of you. I massage Jim in that area and it feels good to him too. He said it's like the blood gets re-circulated when I massage it. He never let his massage therapist do it though. Maybe because she was Chris's best friends mother! haha

Thanks for sending back the cushion but you didn't have to. I'll just throw it back on the manual wheelchair lol.

Keep walking and I bet you'll see some improvements Judy. I also think the winter just simply makes us more sluggish. Jim gained a bit of weight over the last year but since he's eating better, he feels better. He calls his tummy "the shelf" because it holds things for him! lol

Muffin top checkin' in. Status quo here, had a couple beers with my buffalo last night and lost the weight when I recycled them.

Excuse me while I run to the bathroom. Thanks for the image Cindy.

Me, muah is just chilling on the couch today. The roast will be in the oven soon and Lifetime channel will keep me amused while I doze. Weight stable, not losing anymore, just sitting there. It's all good.

my housekeeper came yesterday. i love it when everything is clean.

Well, I am up, had my coffee and getting ready to head out. Jim needs to get some blood work done and be checked for another UTI. The doctor and I spoke last night and brainstormed some ideas. We may try the bactrim or macrobid again. He had reactions before to both but not too serious. He had thrush with bactrim and tummy issues with macrobid, however, both at high doses. I told the doctor it's all on him since he's the specialist. He laughed at me and said he wants Jim's bladder out. Thank goodness Urology agrees with me that we shouldn't! haha

Wish him luck today! Weight is stable for me. Jim wants to be weighed today to see if he lost.
