Hi Judy. I have never posted in your thread but have read it often.

You are a real inspiration to me. I have struggled with my weight all my life and after continuous reading in your thread I have changed my eating habits and my attitude.

I have lost 7 lbs to date with quite a bit to go! I will continue to read and be inspired by you.

Thank you

Congratulations Beth!! That's great! I really need to improve my eating habits and most days I start out with good intentions but get progressively worse by the end of the day.....I'll get it right one of these days...

beth,
that is so terrific. i'm very glad to hear of your progress.
slow but sure won the race.

well, i guess i should come clean. the truth is the best.
i had lost the 40 lbs and slowly gained a total of 14 back. that's why i feel awful. now i've lost 2 and that's where i stand.

i'm NOT giving up. i intend to DO this.

my weight was stable this am.
and i've walked the walk on my dreadmill (my nickname for the treadmill).

i've done much better at controlling my nitetime eating. that's my fatal downfall. i do well during the day.

going to take a nap.
i'll check in later.

Thanks for asking Judy, dear. I am finally feeling better, but
still on the Lexaquin. Today, I had my 2nd round of Boniva IV infusions. I am so glad that my labs were normal, so I can continue them. Just hope it works.

You have a good night, maybe I'll see ya in the hallway.

FG is still feeling punky, so we'll keep her in our prayers too. She's had a rough time.
