I'm sorry that nurse treated you that way. If she knew who you were, and what you've done with your life, maybe she'd be ashamed of herself?

My neuro has three of the best nurses ever. They also hire infusion nurses that are nice, but you can tell they're in it for the career and the money first. The real nurses have their heart and soul in their work. They want so much for the researchers to find a cure for MS.

I can tell you were like them, with the babies. Think of all the lives you've blessed with your presence.

that's what i need to think about. my little tidbits that i took such good care of. taught their parents, and sent them home.

they were so darling. uh, well, maybe most of them i had many screamers over the yrs, and then there were the ones that peed like a fountain and squirted stool all inside their isolettes. those bad little boys!

today i've really rested. and it's going to be about 100 here. going for massage and then home for another nap.

No but I play one on TV.

Actually I worked in an inpatient hospital lab and outpatient clinic, as well as several nursing homes for 13+ years (all one job, think downsizing). I also care for my husband of 23 years who is a quadriplegic with ms. I have the knowledge, just not the badge.

boy, tiring day. no matter how i try. slept awful last nite.
so tired. massage 1 1/2hr but i tolerated it ok. thankfully. tonite i'm going to bed early. changed my linens and did 2 laundry.

tomorrow p/u cathy around 1000. then grocery shopping. on a sunday, uh.
it's also going to be 100 tomorrow. the sooner we get it done the better.
i also need to pass by walgreens. THEN i'm spending the rest of the day at home resting. napping. having dinner in.

it was so hot today. completely draining even tho i wasn't out in it too long.
