LOLOL! Ok you had me going too Billie. It sprinkled here this afternoon...didn't last long and we'd already gotten our walk in.
I keep thinking about the South Beach diet gaye...no bread for two weeks, no booze for two weeks...not much of anything the first two weeks but I'm determined to try it.

*whisper...gorging on pizza, and carbs here in anticipation.

It's only 59 today Billie but a promise of 67 tomorrow! Lots better than home...email from my sister said piles of snow there and still coming down.

On a serious side, I would like the titles to some books on excercise as I cannot do anything that will hurt my feet or cause my neuropathy and fibromyalgia to flair. So I'm always looking for new ways to excercise or loose weight.
