The slides are a good 40-50 miles east of me for he most part. But boy it has been monsoonal here the last 4 days. It rains so fast and hard the ground cant absorb it and whooh there goes the side of a mountain.

Yep Alffe, I am getting ready. Hair appt so I look good in any pictures. Went to storage tonight ot get our suitcases out.

Tomorrow I am going up to San Fran til MOnday to see my friend and her brand new baby and then on Monday I have an appt with a specialist up there.

it's been blissfully warmer here in denver but that's going to change next wk.
i actually went out to a store 2 days in a row with my scooter. i love to shop and got my fix.

i'm going to stay in tomorrow as i have to get some things done in my apt.

i'm getting my hair done tues and think i'm going to get some highlights. mine is short and straight.

i'm going to the Governor's Mansion on thurs with my brother and my sil so i've been deciding what to wear and what jewlery to put on. i don't often get to dress up so i'm excited.

i have to also find out about parking etc and any walking. i have to be there at 1730. going to downtown denver in rush hour will be a kick. have to plan a nap etc to conserve my energy. and i get a massage on wed so hopefully my pain levels will be down.

Doing well, just too cold out.

Great day eating, dinner too. Of course, night meds hit, and I gorged. .

Tomorrow is grocery shopping, I WILL NOT LET my darling husband buy junk food. When I woke up from my nap, he had left a chocolate for me. Precious and thoughtful, but I hid it. He doesn't mind at all about weight, I do though!

I need a haircut too! Do you think it'll kick start me into dieting??
A new 'do' always makes me feel good .
