Default Another Froglady True Confession

Still fighting to get back on a plan...welll...now that is not honestly true. Need to start over on this...I am wanting (wishing I could be) to be truthful, that I could get myself back on a plan. I Blame my pain level and inability to get around on, on not losing. Some of that is true...some of the stament is not quite right. I have NO WILLPOWER. I am sure and actually positive, that if I truly wanted to lose, a way could be found to will myself to do! Truth is, I had rather eat something quick, easy, and fattening, over choosing the very foods that would help me to overcome my muscle, nerve, and bone health problems.
Stands to reason losing weight may not cure, yet certainly goes a longgggggg way, toward relieving my pain. Walking accross the floor while carrying 10 or more lbs is not possible(without pain )...yet I've gained over 33lbs since June '07. I know that for every 1 pound we lose, the spine is relieved of 3 lbs pressure.
See, I know the truth, yet continue to choose the wrong path to wellness!
I opened the fridge door and took out sandwich fixings (easy too do), rather than have some nice scrambled eggs with onion and lowfat cheese, or maybe even some nice oatbran for breakfast. NO, didn't do that...just wolfed down the last 3 fudge bars plus the sandwich! Already ate the other 23 in the past 2 days. Sure I have Yogurt in my fridge...easy...you just pretend ya don't see it and reach up into the freezer. OH my, obsession with bad food is NOT GOOD! I have some very nice tasty, no sugar popsciles in the freezer too.

Was it only last week or the one before, that I was actually losing and eating right. Oh yeah, that was me then . Now, the other side of me, is back.

Everyone knows a too fluffy (hate the 3 letter word f-t) frog can't hop too well. So here I sit in pain squeaking out a measely litle rrrrrrrrribbbbbbbiiiittt, leg falling out from under me a couple times today. Goodness, can't hop to catch flies this way. Question is how do I get a new mindset without a total brain replacement??

True confession complete. Not whinning...only seriously thinking about what I am doing to myself! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? froggie
