Way to go karen strengthening your core...abs are so hard for me to do...kills my neck when I do crunches...
keep up the great work..and remember that if we kinda fall down one day on our "d"...there is always the next day to start over.

Lil 'Sis - Some perfect pictures of me today since I am HAPPY to be out of pain today. (So far so good.) You are so talented with your pictures you should get a job with a magazine like "Star" that puts alien heads and stuff on real people!!! I heard the money is good.

So I hope I get a good night sleep and that everyone else does too!

YAY!!!!! Thanks BC!! I'M BACK ON MY SKATEBOARD!!! Now can you get GC back on hers too please??? We're all doing our walk at Target tomorrow, and I know everything will get blamed on me if I'm the only one with a skateboard...... You do good work BC!! Thank you!!!

Oh, and I found out why Lynners doesn't have too much time to post you guys!! I guess I don't blame her, JEESH!! She coulda let us in on it.....MAN is she lucky or what!! I wanna know if he has any brothers.........
