Question Sabotage of a diet

What do you do when you were doing fine on your own and someone, who thinks is helping is actually sabotaging your diet?
Todd has been home from work and making meals. When I was on my own for dinner I was doing so much better because I had to cook for just me. Now he goes shopping and gets snacks (okay my actually eating them is my fault so he is not to blame), and makes things not so quite as diet concious as they should be.
I know that the weight I lost is all back now and I don't know what to do!
HELP!
