Somehow I missed this thread yesterday. And now I can't remember exactly
what I had yesterday. Suffice to say I ate nutritional.

I do remember at lunch I went to the grocery and bought a chicken salad
sandwich, for $1.89. and had a banana.

My breakfast was a banana and milk I believe. I had to hurry to PT.

Today

I missed breakfast, yes, bad move. But for some reason, I almost missed
my meds too. I woke up at 10am took my meds. Woke my son to get
his. Told him I was laying down a few minutes and would be back.

And it was hmmm, 12:30 when I came back. So I had lunch.

Mac and Cheese banquet meal. Milk and banana.

Then I had to lay back down at 2 and sleep till 4 I don't know why the
sleep was so needed today. But I was finally rested and back up.

We went to Dollar General.

Supper I was a little bad, one piece of pizza, coke, and a banana.

I'm now out of banana, have to find something else I like.

I bought 2 1 liter waters, for 2.00 I'm on the first it will be empty soon.

And I've been drinking water all day anyway between sleeping and
some milk, its for my meds.

I had Special K cereal this morning. I mixed 2 kinds together - Vanilla Almond and Cinnamon Pecan. Yum. Not hungry for the rest of the day. Haven't decided what I am going to do for dinner. Not feeling well today. Maybe some soup. I've been drinking a lot of water and cranberry juice.

Been off the antibiotics for 4 days and I think this sinus infection is returning. I see the ENT specialist again on Monday. Repeat CT scan.

Your crab cobb salad sounds good Allfie!
