Late check in here.

Breakfast same oatmeal Select Grains with yogurt, oj, coffee

Went to PT

Lunch was quick, egg salad w/celery, oj, V8 Fusion. I had a conference call for legislation/activist day, it took all I could to not be heard crunching, shoveling my lunch down. Last call, I didn't eat,, bad call on my part .

Since I had a good workout earlier, I vacuumed, took out fish for dinner.

Dinner, salad, flounder rolled in bread crumbs, smart balance omega 3, sprinkled with skim mozzarella, still waiting to eat that,,,

Still down 7 lbs, I think more, but haven't tried the scale today. that's for tomorrow

I don't have anything to throw away , DH eats it . He's sweating cause he's down to his last pop tart. . I don't like them.

Feeling much better now, cold is gone

Ok Cheryl, I quickly cleaned out the old crackers and looked for more junk it is gone.
Also started washing clothes so not only my pantries would be clean so are my "panties!" LOL froggie

Breakfast..scrambled eggs and slice of low fat ham with SB cheese.
Lunch Shrimp...nice big ole good ones! Made cocktail sauce with SB ketchup.
Got to take Zoe(doggie princess) for a Mo-Mo(mobility scooter) ride. She just begs and begs me, will come back from ride and eat veggies dipped into SB ranch dressing. Ummmmmmm!
Drank my Yerba Mate tea with some rasberry tea(for better flavor) with 3 tlbs Benefiber.

So happy, even depression is moving a little, since I finally made up my mind to do this! One day...one step at a time!

Still diidn't make my Jello. Of all the things I have lost, I miss my brain the most! froggie

Good Job Froggie!! I'm impressed. Mr.Alffe is having spag. & garlic toast for dinner....I'm having salmon and mashed cauliflower....love that stuff!

Oh and I snacked on celery stalks stuffed w/laughing cow low fat swiss.
