rubs eyes...stretches...drinks one and only cup of coffee....

It's a baren fridge so eating won't be a problem. Must get to the store...must pick up Cooper.

I still can't believe what Bizi said about steak having more calories than chicken.

Red face

http://www.thedailyplate.com/

here is a link to a site that helps you figure out food items and calories.
I looked at great detail this morning and there is a lot of differences between cuts of steak.
A filet can have 40 calories an ounce where a ribeye can have 100 calories an ounce.
HUGH difference!
alffe I know that you usually have filets so that is comparable to chicken which has about 30 calories an ounce for white meat no skin.

blah blah blah....
bizi
of course I am going to have the ribeye....

Just checking in for today. Just got off work. Don't have to go back to it untill Saturday. Its been phycially draining to me, yet I love it. Its my back that don't like it.

Its just a beautiful day out today. I couldn't believe my car said it was 77 degres's! Oh, how great that feels, after all the bad days this winter. I feel like dancing.

Shelley hon, aqautic's isn't hard. You are only supporting a 10 th or so of your own weight. I done them for many yrs. at the "Y" and I didn't lose anything tho. But it is fun and being in a class is great where you have an instructor. It does make you feel refreshed! Shelley since you are probably the only one that didn't see my guy, here's a pic of him.

Hugs,
Billie

Billie - did you get a new job or are you referring to your volunteer work? Please be careful!

No Nancy, no new job. Just been putting out Spring Clothes so that we can be open this Friday and Saturday. We are loaded with them! Yes, this is a volenteer job too. I have been doing it for over 15 yrs now. Nancy it is to late to warn me of my Benny. We are in love. We instant message every day for over an hour and the more I know of him, the more I love him. He feels the same. I'll be glad to PM you if you have questions. This isn't a subject I care to discuss on here though. Hope you understand. Thanks for caring tho.
Billie

here is one of mrsd's posts about fish oil.

http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post233959-10.html

i take 3 1000mg capsules daily. right before my period i take 4. i like the flax seed better myself. once in awhile i'll buy the ones that are a combo of fish and flax.

the vitamin forum has some threads about both.

Thanks Bizi, My whole life has changed! We both have been through the death of our spouse, and that alone is a terrible thing to go through. We both have one child, and we both are the "only" children ourselves, & YES, life does go on. We both can finish the other ones sentance, we are that much alike. Need I say more?
