I have been eating lots of salads, no tomatoes of course. Drinking lots of water. And doing lots of walking. And I just have been trying to keep up with life. I'm not losing weight I'm not sure why, but i'm just tracking time, and doing what I can to eat healthy, no matter where I am at.

I eat lots of fruits, as much veggies as I can stand. And I'm working on the meats and proteins. And what else I can do. I am just not sure what I'm
doing wrong. I found a atkin's diet book at goodwill the other day and
bought it. Just decided to give it a look at. Bought someother books to
help with my health, and just not sure what I'm in for, nothing seems to
be helping the pain.

Thanks Bizi

I'm going to start with a certified massage therapist that my physical therapist recommends also next week to see if that helps. I'm just not sure what else to do at this point. I know that I need to call the pain center and set up the 8 week visit next week too. I just thought I would wait and see
if things were going better before I set this up. I'm pretty sure I'll get asked
how the pain is.

I also need to get ahold of my pulmonary doctor's office. I still can't find a phone number for that office. But I will soon. They called last week and
left a very weird message, and I didn't copy the right phone number or heard
the wrong one.

I had to cancel my doctor's appointment today, so I am really not happy.
But I couldn't be in two places, and my son has to be picked up from his
workshop at Purdue at almost the same time as my appointment was. There
just wasn't anyone that could help me. And I went through lots of people.
But this has been such a good thing for him, I'll just wait till the 30th of
June and know it has to be part of God's plan.

My primary is leaving and one of the main things I have to discuss is a new doctor. I have to figure out how I should go about getting one. Wondering
if a internist would be smarter.

I had cereal and a strawberry banana yogurt for breakfast, and water.

Yes, maybe not much. But all my stomach could handle its muggy here already. ANd already raining. Its not suppoed to be nice.

But will take it. Tomorrow we pray for no rain, from 3- 5 having a swim
party for son's 17th birthday.

So sorry you are having such a hard time Donna. Do you ever just wish you could have a good nice normal day and go about your business without pain or anything else bothering you? I sure do!! Sometimes it gets old real fast and I want to sprout wigns and fly away from it. LOL Maybe we will both see some light soon.

PT did not help my back yesterday...it messed me up big time. Sooooo next time I will be sure and tell then what I am NOT going to do. Today I am stiff and painful in the lower spine. Lower spine is what they are working on. I had to pull on some big rubber bands with my arthritic hands and my shoulders are full of arthiritis too, so all it did was make my shoulders more painful along with me C-spine. DARN!!!

No way can I get back on my plan...when in pain I tend to eat all I can find. Dumb I know...yet it is what I do??

Hi~ Was having lots of yard sales today. BUT, it 's Friday the 13 th. What else can go wrong. I never saw such rain and we sure are sick of it too! Well, I have eat the wrong things, for starters. Hope the rest if you are having a good day. At least I'm not out spending money.

I seen a goose out swimming in a corn field today. Wish I would have had my camera with me. Might as well laugh, can't don't much else. Have a great day folks!

yes its raining in my part of the state too. And its totally no fun.

But I decided no garage saling, it was not something that was possible.

Got Derrick picked up just fine. NO way to do the diet weight loss talk,
its to depressing. So I'm just eating healthy if I ever loss any then
I'll be happy to talk it.

I'm having a good wet night, and all. Hoping people show for Derrick's
party tomorrow, no one has called to say yes. Just no's so far.

Ugh.

We have had such wonderful weather in NYC after the first two days of heat. I'll be anxious to get the scale out when we get home to see just how much damage I've done. Went to a fabulous Italian restaurant for lunch....two days in a row I've had cheesecake. And I'm talking huge proportions here!

I wonder if it's still rainning on you Billie and Donna? And I'm sorry you are hurting Donna and Froggy.
