Hi Folks, I have been to yards sales all day! I am just pooped. Had a 14 year old driving me around on my golf cart. He is the pastors son and he likes to drive, I like someone to be with, so it worked out fine. I got me a chester draws outfit, that is nice, and had a T shirt with Bears picture made. Bear's has been to everything too. He even found a piece of chicken to eat while we ate our dinner.
 lolI have done fine and didn't over eat. Thats all I bought, but I'm not complaining. Have a great afternoon everybody!  Hugs, Billie

WEll I had a wonderful tomtoe sandwich for lunch this afternoon.
bought a whoe bunch of great looking tomatoes and am going to make a gaspacho soup. bizi

I have had a lovely day. I did not really eat a full dinner..just picked as I am not all that hungry,(wha's up with that eh?)
Tomorrow we are off to the eye doc and both hubby and I will get new glasses...I want them to make mine lighter and thinner as the last ones made my eyes look  huge...I hardly wore them!Y'all have a nice evening

I can't believe I only gained one pound in new york...must be all that walking! Had one piece of bacon and small glass of V8 juice for breakfast.
Got to get ready for church...Billie, I love garage sales but at my age I just don't need anymore "stuff"...I should HAVE a garage sale!! *grin Have a great day all.

Alffe, I don't need anything either. I had some drawers with cheap slides under them and bought one that was wooden. It has such nice deep drawers also. Not buying anything else tho. I too, need to have a sale or just throw some clothes away. Maybe today I will rid out some. I tell you I have about three sizes in the closets. lol

Hi all
I've been in a high pain level today. Just have no idea what is going on. I really wish I did. But that is just part of my life. I'm working on figuring it out. Still not losing weight, but I have a idea why right now, and its not bad. So I'll see next week if its better. I think it will be. Just trying to get through life is sometimes more than I can handle. So we do it. Have a good fathers day all those that have someone to celebrate it with. Donna |

Called my dad and talked for a little bit...he was hitting a bucket of balls for a game fund raiser tomorrow.
We are trying to figure out a new place to go to dinner. I have not eaten anything so am pretty hungry... will need to be careful like not to go to some buffet! bizi

Just had a hot dog with Cooper..LOL. and a stick of cheese low fat mozarella, looking forward to watching the Tony Awards tonight because South Pacific has 11 nominations. Hoping to hear that overature again.....la da da da dada. *grin

Hi everyone, today we had a Fathers Day BBQ at church. Of course that means lots of food. I cooked the skewers outside on the BBQ with a few friends so I was pretty hot from that so didn't eat much.
We cooked 500 skewers!!! half had chicken and half had beef. Plus we had tri tip that we roasted and sliced. Then we had tables and tables of salads, beans and guacamole and chips. (our pastor loves a perfectly ripe avacado  ) Oh and I stayed away from the dessert room--it was hard but I did it Plus this was all done while the temperature outside was 106. SO I think I sweated away any calories I took in...or is that wishful thinking LOL  Came home...walked in the door...put on swimsuit...would have stripped and jumped in but would have scared the kids, dogs, neighbors...and just floated all that heat away. So all in all it was a great day...Sue
