Hi, I have never been here in the weight loss area before except to play games but its time to become one of you...Hello to all!!
Today is one of those very quiet days...daughter at the lake, son in the hills riding horses...my Dh napping...hooo hummmm....I need to get busy or I'll go nuts!!

Time to try something else I guess he'd say. I'm on that South Beach Diet and if i stick to it, it really works for me. *whisper...I guess any diet would work if I stuck to it!

I'm one that is having trouble staying on the losing of the weight.

And its the pits. Just life for me.

I'm doing the best I can. So its life.

Hang in there Donna...it'll happen for you! You have so much support here and I think it is quite a personal learning experience as we trudge the diet road to happy thin healthy bodies...I am finding out little by little what works for me. Baby steps seems to be the key for me. I always expect instant gratification and I think I have came to believe that it is just not realistic for me so if I take 1 thing at a time and change it then hooray for me. Doing it that way seems to have given me more success than I have had in years!!!
