Hi All! My day was OK.. Dinner tonight was lean gr beef with rosemary and savory as well as field greens with olive oil and vinegar dressing, snow peas, carrotts raw, celery and cuc's! Delicious!!!!!

Hi all,

I've been stressful here. And other than I've been drinking the water
like I'm supposed to. I'm not doing well at all on my diet.

I am doing my exercise and I am trying to eat fruit. But other than
that I have no clue what I'm eating.

My husband got real mad yesterday and took off for a while. And my
mom had surgery on Monday. And still is not well. So I'm just stickig
to living right now. Hubby was back tonight. But he is still a mad
guy, but not exactly at me. Hard to explain. He need to go for help.
But he doesn't listen to me.

I've been doing housework, its been to muggy and really the thunderstorms
and weather has been bad for the kind I needed to do. So the time was
just right. Took naps yesterday so it would be okay.

i am finally going back on a supplement i took for a long time and saw great results. i stopped for a stupid reason. hubby thought i was still taking it, since he has a trade for personal training at the health food store. he decided to sell the products at the club and on our website. all natural stuff. he came home with a big bag full of samples and full size products for me to try. plus 6 bottles of mega cleanse so i don't run out. lol. whooohooo..i'll have good skin and healthy liver again. lose weight too.

eating has been going good. so much fresh fruit at low prices right now. eating no processed stuff. that really hasn't been hard. i was a little surprised. i do enjoy the prep time of cooking. hehehe..alffe..that is a big dr phil thing. i'm going back to my ole dr phil facilitator ways.

keep up the water everyone. it's very important this time of year.

Still on SB and doing well. Feels so good to be doing the plan and STAYING on it for a change.

Glad you're back on track with supplements Curious. I am taking a few helpful pills my self, like calcium but a friend said to take the gel ones, cause the tablets don't digest in the stomach. UGH, I have a big bottle so will have to wait or shoudl I just throw them out and start over. Kinda costly but maybe worth it if necessary?
