Oh I stopped eating peanut butter a long time ago.

I do like the TV dinner's, but there are only two or three I eat

Banquet

Beef Dinner
Mac and Cheese.

And then I eat some of the Weight Watcher ones.

Mainly the lasagne,

But I'm working on what I eat.

I try to switch things around, but I don't cook anymore, I just don't
have the stamina. And I hate salt so I don't eat anything it seems
with that.

So I don't know. WEll take that back I do eat at times french fries,
once a week about.

Curious

I replaced peanut butter with nutella, is that okay for one thing.

And right now I've limited myself to one a week and its on a 100 calorie
bagel.

Now I am eating snacks that are 100 calories. And I'm watching my
intake. And the other snack is fruits, I'm eating banana's, strawberries,
and watermelon right now.

I'm adding tangerines this week, because I just didn't get them opened last
week. But I know it should be fresh, but I can't cut or peel them. So if
you know a better way I can do them, let me know.

I love apples and oranges, but I can't peel them, or cut, I cut myself instead.
So if anyone has a clue let me know.

Okay any help with this mac and cheese, its my favorite. And I am a big one on this. If I just go to a non fat or skim cheese and milk will that work.

__________________________________________________ _______________

I am not much of a meat eater, ham, turkey are the only lunch meats.
Egg salad, tuna salad are the other two I'm really craving anymore.

__________________________________________________ ______________

I love steak, but I limit it too one every two weeks, or I might splurge if I'm out. I never eat steak at home.

So can you help me. Please.

Exercise, will be swimming, and walking with my son right now.
And the running around I do for my job. Yes, I will be doing other, but heehee
till I start I'll just promise those two.

Walked 5 to 10 minutes tonight.

Oh I'm sorry Curious..there is no substitute for V8Juice....could you dr. it up to taste better? A little dill pickle juice or/and a dash of hot sauce?

Donna I wouldn't dare eat the things you are eating, like you..I love them but that's why I'm fat. Mac & cheese is comfort food for me...just like Noodles Romanoff , moms recipe and maybe someday, when I am thin, I'll get to have them occasionally. But not now!

Hard boiled eggs are great to snack on...celery sticks stuffed w/low fat laughing cow cheese...carry a bag in your purse. Hummus spread on cukes slices is another good one.

Water...water..water!!

just a quick check in. have to get kids to school, then ta da...going to the fitness center.

donna, i'll go over what you have been eating when i get back. i hate to say it, but what you are eating is empty calories. not much nutrition. loaded with fats and high carbs ( sugar) and high sodium.

i don't know alffe. no way on the pickle juice. i'm allergic to vinagar. i can handle a little bit if in something creamy...

i think i'll just add some of the good vegies.

If it's just the taste you don't like...add worcheshire sauce, or low salt soy sauce...or garlic juice! Or vodka! *grin

Cool

Dear Curious,
light cranberry juice has about the same number of calories as v-8 juice...and taste so good.
I know that you are not counting calories....but....

Curious and all others that can help me

I'll be waiting on the help. Remember I have a very big problem with
needing to be careful that I stay with mild foods which is one of the
reasons I eat what I eat.

I used to eat mainly mashed potatoes, I quit eating those all together,
except when I'm out at a buffy.

And I am really working on it, but its hard when its making my stomach
sick.

I don't know how to get around this, but I'm trying. And I will be doing
my exercising so that will hopefully help.

Beef Dinner
Mac and Cheese. about 1 cup serving: 410 calories. 2 g saturated fat. 15+ g fat (even with low fat milk) 9g protien, but the rest is sugars from the pasta. no other vitamins or nutrients. this was just calculated on mac and cheese. if you used a hamburger help type of product the number are worse on fat and sodium. the salt levels in just 1 cup give you more than 30% of what you need per day. you will end up with bloat and water weight gain. yep...can account for the 3lbs.

if you ate this instead:

1 cup cooked whole wheat macaroni with 1 oz of low fat cheddar cheese melted on top:
calories 182 you would save 228 calories and 12g of fat.
3g fat 0 saturated fat, only 175mg sodium 7%,
14 g protien, 4g fiber, 14%calcium, 9%iron

i'll work on some of the other foods you normally eat. you are on the right track. just needs a little fine tuning, so you can lose the weight and not feel hungry or deprived.
