I weighed this morning, and have 3 pounds to go, to be at my lowest weigh once again. Surely I can do that. Will walk again today. That seems to help on slow weight loss. I'm going good on not eating any frozen yogert, as it was making me so sick at my stomach. Just had my usual cereal & milk for breakfast. I have to go to work at noon and I am glad. I don't eat as much when I have people to talk to.

Have a good day folks!
Hugs,
Billie

breakfast-2 boiled eggs with mustard...yummy!

lunch- Wendy's grilled chicken with onion, tomato, and lettuce and NO bread.

supper-boiled shrimp serving of lima beans mixed with corn.

bedtime snack-skim milkshake with vanilla and nutrasweet.

Did not get many veggies today...hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Taking my cinnamon.

I had Special K breakfast and S.B. tv dinner. Not had supper. I got a new out fit yesterday and got another pair of size 14 pants. They are strechy, but just right.

I'm on the phone to Gaye.
hugs,
Billie

Well Alffe, considering what I wore last summer its not to bad. I did wear a 18 to 20 in size. I want to get in them a little more confortable tho. Some are tight, but not the ones I bought yesterday.

awsome gaye!

i am doing a modified sb. i have to have lots of fiber. i'm cutting out the grains and processed food for awhile.

i never was much into those, but got such a good deal at the 99c store on sb and lean cuisine meals. they made for an easy lunch, but not so easy on my tummy.

i am such a penny pincher. hubby went to the sotre and loaded up on fresh fruits and veggies. the farmers market had really good prices.

fiber and protien really keep my filled up. i eat bread or pasta and just get hungry. i swear grouchy too.

i have my own jug in the fridge for water. i make sure i drink it all everyday.

billye...you go girl on the size 14 pants!!

Hi Gal's~ I had my usual cereal this morning and South Beach tv dinner for lunch. Haven't snacked, thats good. I need to get something done and just plain don't want to. Ever been like that? Will walk the dog in a little bit. Its hot out there today. We are do for somemore rain tomorrow. We sure don't need it. My dog is better today. Had a big vet bill over him! It cost more for him, than I pay go to the doc.

Hope everyone is having a great day. Keep the faith girls!
Hugs,
Billie
