the health food store i help with has the natural papaya supplements. i'll see if i can get some samples.

not that part of my cycle.

i need to get my family a bunch of tv dinners, so i don't have to cook. i'd do a liquid diet for a few days. just protein shakes.

What kind of protein shakes are you using?

On the iron front my gastro recommended feosol to me before I started the precription stuff. You can get feosol at the drugstore or walmart. The ferrous ones are better absorped than the ferric.

it's a whey protein powder by body fortress. http://www.bodyfortress.com/pages/pr...l.aspx?PPID=10

they have it at wakmart. it's less than $13 for a big container.

it's one of the best mixes i have used. good balance. i don't get bloated. i use water and some fat free powdered milk and ice cubes in the blender. YUM. creamy and thick.

i'll try that. i have to go there tomorrow. or maybe i can talk hubby and lil'monkey into stopping tonight.

Finished off last night with 2 circuits at the fitness center.

Dinner for me was a bowl of oatmeal.

Today: 1 Cup of lowfat vanilla yogurt with almonds.

Lots of water already.

Migraine kept my stomach out of wack yesterday.

Chicken for dinner. Decaf green tea.

Did the bean while watching TLC with lil'monkey. I can really feel it in my abs and legs this morning.

Busy day today. I have some nuts in a baggy and a bottle of water to take with me.

Enjoying my 1 cup of coffee right now.

I'll join in when I get rid of my summer cold - yuckky & sore throat.

I think i have that slow digestion thing...or low stomach acid???
I feel full longer than normal and kind of like a heartburn feeling but without the bad burning, I can just feel certain meals sitting there..

Plus some borderline mild IBS type stuff if stressed or nervous or certain problem foods.

jo...feel better soon.

i had a talk with our family dr when i sropped lil'monkey off at the club yesterday. he said, that absorbtion of extra calories and fats can happen if food isn't digested fast enough.

he suggested more exercise, really heart rate in the max zone...sweaty cardio and to try the natural digestive enzymes.

he is also a fan of the yogurts with the extra "active" enzymes.
