you can't give me the boot AMN, I LIVE HERE

ok, i'll stop teasing you. but it was such fun. *smack*

today is a lazy day.
i ate brkfst at home and came home after the radiation.
now i'm going to bed.
still have to walk.
lost 1 of the 2 lbs.

it's cold and dreary here today but tomorrow it's going to be 80.

the infection looks better. don't ask me how it got there. no breaks in my skin and the dr doesn't even really know. just that ol bumper sticker saying .... happens.

going out to lunch with a friend tomorrow after my tx. i know you told me not to cindy but i'm going to eat eggs and have coffee. no pancakes or french toast. it's just nice to visit and i have to eat. *smack*

hope you're all doing ok.
later

Hey, dear Judy, I'm not the boss of you, I just think that eating out adds a lot of unknowns to our intake. The more unknowns, the less control.

You're a big girl and you can do whatever you want.

I had two pieces of raisin toast today for absolutely no reason.

because you're a big girl and you can eat whatever you want
and you wanted it. and it was yummy.

after i showered tonite i noticed that a whole new area of reddness has formed on my Lt brst. need to check this out with the dr tomorrow.

i'm so tired. i've been going to bed an hr early and in the afternoon i'm exhausted. and the radiation fatigue hasn't even set in yet.

everything seems like such an effort. laundry, changing the linens on my bed, paying bills, even making meals. i feel like things are piling up and it's hard to get things done. yet i can't sleep in the afternoons. that would help. just had to complain a bit.

Oh dear, Judy -- not new redness! Yes, get that checked out ASAP!

And yes, you can complain -- you have every right -- after all, YOU LIVE HERE!!!

Sending hugs and a lil "atta girl, girl!" pat on your skinny little heiny for encouragement.

Hope you get some good sleep tonight.

Judy, do you think it's burning from the radiation? My grandma and mom had marks left over from radiation. I hope whatever it is heals and doesn't cause you pain.

Confession time.

I ate out at Sonics yesterday and had a half of a bacon cheeseburger, a few tator tots and a java chiller. It wasn't even Friday which is my "cheat day" for something sweet. I have to work harder this week now.

our prayers for sleep have been answered.
i laid down for a nap today AND FELL ASLEEP. real sleep. gosh i feel so much better.

i got up and walked.
sunny looks at me with her little smiling face to encourage me.

the dr didn't seem concerned.
he said overall the redness is decreasing. so, ok.
not soon enuf to see radiation skin changes so it's not that.
i'll watch it.

i picked up several lean cuisine dinners and i'm so glad i have them now cause i don't feel like doing a thing. they come in handy.

take care all.
and sandy, that doesn't sound so bad to me. at least you only had half.
just watch it the rest of the wk. fri? hmmmm
