It's sunny here today, but cold. We've been lucky as so far, we've only gotten a couple of inches of snow here in TH.

i think i'm recovered from the trip but since i've come home i'm doing as well as i was the wk i was gone.

my pain is worse. my legs are worse.
i've been trying to go out to do things and be active at home (for me anyway) but i feel like a clicking in my bad leg when i walk.

i asked my pcp about that and she said it's because the muscles in my leg have become so weak that the tendons are working overtime.

also, this morning i noticed a small pusstular spot on my breast. i have an appt mon with my dermatologist. sounds icky but that's what's happening. i think i'll try some warm compresses.

the girls otherwise are ok. however, i've noticed that when i go to my massages and lay on my stomach that i can't get comfortable and both girls have painful areas.

well, never a dull moment. in january my dr's new practice kicks in and i'll be making an appt.

our weather will hold til tomorrow and then it's getting bitter cold and probably some snow but they're not saying how much yet.

in denver there's a local news channel that reminds us to do monthly breast checks on the 9th of the month. it's called Buddy Check 9 (for 9 news).
so girls, it's the 12th. have you done yours yet? please do. get to know how your breast feel as a baseline so you can bring any changes to your dr's attention.

it's freezing out. wind chill this am was -21!
our temp today: 14/3.
by fri it may be 35.

and we got a few "'s of snow. i guess i'd rather have the cold than snow.

still dealing with pain issues. what else is new?
the girls are stable.
still walking.
still trying to get my weight battle under control.
i just havn't had the mojo in so long.

otherwise i'm ok.

Hello Judy dear~ Sorry to hear you are feeling poo pooey! Hope you go and have the sore spot on Betty checked tomorrow. We had temps in the 50's today and our snow is gone. It's raining now, but the weather is supposed to change. YUCK~~!!

Cold and blech in MI, I've been taking some time to get my priorities in check around here. I think the pool may not be Olympics sized, maybe only standard.

Weight's good, just wish the body could move more. We had the heat wave here too today, tomorrow will be in the teens with snow. Oh joy.

Hey Judy, we were warm today minus that darn wind but the cold is coming our way. Brrrrr! Jim and I went grocery shopping and finished the last of the holiday gifts. Check that off and remind myself to go away next year! lol

Weight stable although the holiday treats are going to try and take me down. I'll win though. Hope you feel better soon!
