I am so far behind on my holiday stuff. I actually can't wait till it's over and I can look forward to next yr at this time where I'll be behind all over again.

hi guys,

the infection is almost gone. the compresses helped.
i was supposed to go to the dermatologist today for some other things too, but i snowed. altho it's not much i just don't want to go out in it.

and it's bitter cold here too. last nite the wind chills were 30 below
the temp was zero. today it's 9ish. wed supposed to be 30.

nothing else new. pain is manageable with my ultram.
i've been sleeping pretty well but still tired.
just the usual stuff. only 2 lbs to go to break the 200 mark.
i've lost 5 lbs. yay! i still don't trust it. i can gain 3 overnite.
when i see 198 i may believe it.

almost didn't want to share as when i do it comes back. but i am trying very hard.


hope you all are doing well.
i can only imagine how stressful the holidays must be but you can only do what you can do. take some help from the store and order food?

today was another in day.
it's still freezing. into the 20's today.
i think it might be 40 tomorrow.
i have grocery shopping and errands to do.

i've been good with my eating.
i'm hungry but i'm not giving in. had veggies and tuna for lunch.
i just might make eggs for dinner.

everthing stable. stable is good.
hope all your stuff is falling into place.

Glad your ''boops'' are mending Mz Judy! Well, we got dumped on today w/a few inches of snow. I had errands and froze my buttons off.

I'm happy you are doing so well w/your eating Oh Inspiring One. You can and will maintain this new healthier lifestyle. I have been trying to do the same. I am eating more lite soups and have been making omelets out of the egg substitutes. Add a lil mushroom, onion, cheese and yum yum.

i've kept the weight loss for 3 days now so i guess it's real.
i just don't trust myself but i am still determined.

it warmed to 40 today and i went to the grocery store.
tomorrow is my massage and i have an appt on fri.
then the wk/e is going to get in single digits again.

i think this wk/e i'm going to start tying up yr end stuff.
tossing extra papers and adding up my monthly medical folders.
i should be staggered by the totals of my medical expenses this yr with the surgery and all the tx's.

i fervently pray that next yr will be a stable yr with only basic expenses.
my mammo is due in may. fingers crossed. prayers said up to God.

Hi Judy! We ended up getting about 6 inches of snow from yesterday. We had to snow blow twice. I did get out and shovel the walkway and porches to get some exercise. Nik, my youngest kept telling me to go inside but I stayed out because this is when I gain my weight and I want to stay active you know? I guess my treadmill will be coming out of the corner this winter. haha
