a day after my massage and my butt DOESN'T hurt.
so far i've gotten thru most of the day without pain.
wouldn't it be something if the problem was all muscle? and not arthritis?
if my massage therapist can keep this at bay for awhile maybe it will clear up.

otherwise things are B & S. tomorrow is my neuro appt. don't expect much in the way of news.

Things are about the same here; except that I am getting my new living room furniture delilvered tomorrow. Yah!!!! I can't wait, as all I have in here right now is a big screen TV and two chairs. Guess we are doing our part to stimulate the economy. I was lucky to get rid of the other furniture already.

So, glad your booty is doing better; I keep telling myself I'm going to schedule a massage and then something comes up and I don't do it. I really need one bad, as my body is like a war zone. I am going to the bone disease clinic in Iowa City on Fri, so am anxious, yet terrified of the appt. Hope they can figure out what I can take to treat my breeeetle bones.

I didn't see you in the hallway either, but that's b/c I was in there several times. *I must limit my fluid intake before bed* My meds make my mouth so dry.

I'm just so ready for Spring and for the weather to stop flip flopping. It was 30 today and in a few days, it's supposed to be high 50's~ not that I'll complain about that!

DM, I need new LR furniture too. My LR is not large enough for my couch so I need to downsize to a loveseat and recliners. The couch I have could go in the basement or given to one of the boys when they get their own pad.

I weighed myself after the bathroom overhaul and I am back down to my summer weight! All the sweat and tears worked. Whoohoo! Jim's still feeling good, no fevers or added symptoms. Another whoohoo!

Way to go Sandy girl!! You are a power house! Remodeling and dropping those unwanted pounds at the same time. Your'e all ready for Summer. I'm glad that Jim is doing Ok, he's certainly had his share and needs a break! Go Jim!!!!

B & S is boring & stable
and ADL's is activities of daily living.

i saw my neuro. he said my exam was stable so no mri's this yr, so far.
he said my legs were "variable". at one moment they tested a bit stronger, another minute they were weaker. fits with what i feel.

some good news. he said i could come off the methotrexate. i have to wean slowly over 2 mos, but i'm so glad i can come OFF something.

he didn't venture a guess as to my butt pain, which hurting again today.
he thought the pain behind my left leg might be from the disc. both issues to be presented to the pain dr on monday. he suggested going ahead with the injections as they helped in '07.

i even hate to tell you this but our temps are in the 70's this wk. cathy says that she usually gets my weather after about 5 days. so, maybe the east coast will be nice for you guys next wk.

sandy, i'm glad jim is doing ok. and congrats on the wt girl.
DM, new furniture sounds so fun. enjoy it.

i got out at 0900 to the grocery store, came home and took a nap.
and thankfully my housekeeper came today. she really is great. a cleaner, not a wiper. i've known her a long time. she used to work for my folks when they lived in denver.

i can actually say that NEXT MONTH cathy is coming.
can't believe it's been another yr!
hopefully next yr we'll be together and can have morning coffee on the porch.
but, then, how are we going to go to the broadmoor every yr?

i actually turned on my AC tonight. it was like 75 degrees here. just too hot.
