Learning to eat in moderation and getting the weight off someday and then keeping it off will have to come from moderation. I tend though to be an all or nothing type person. I am either very good or alas, sigh, a very bad person. Am working on that too. ![]() My primary doc said for me to find something to do with my hands rather than using them to put food in my mouth. Ha, thought that was a good thought. Now am trying to think of something to do. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I had scrabbled eggs for breakfast and iced tea. I've still got this asthma
and a mess in my chest. So I was headed to my asthma doctor's office. I then went to do a little shopping, I've technically got to find a way to get through those times when I'm down and need a lift. I would usually just grab a treat. But I don't anymore. And I'm still having trouble eating fruits and veggies. But then I had lasagna and a diet coke for lunch. With my husband. He is working 2nd shift so I don't get to eat with him often. So I splurged for lunch. Then I had a salad for supper and two cheese sticks for a snack. I also had a milkshake, I've been needing one of these for my throat. Donna |
