Thumbs down My greatest nemesis...

SALT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else have this prob?? I have managed to get my fat and sugar intake under excellent control, and I'm eating much better all around, but trying to keep salt down is killing me!! I wasn't told I had to for med reasons, thank God, but I gain a lot of water weight from it, and just trying to hold my intake down for the sake of purging the water weight before Fri weigh-in is torture.

I should say I never pick up a salt shaker, but many of the foods I eat are high in sodium, and if I try to eat lower-sodium versions of the same food, I'm not attracted to them.

Anyone else have this problem?? How do you cope??

LIZARD, so annoyed with myself
