HI Jo, hubby bought me a very nice recumbant exercise bike and I have been terrible...not riding it at all. Planning to start back this very week. I think it is better to have equipment at home for ease of using and also cheap on gas too!

Hi AfterMyNap, we used to have daily roll calls where everyone would check in and let us all know how diet, days, etc were doing. It was lots of fun. I sure miss it. Miss all our chatter on here too. Wish the forum would revive it itself. I miss all the nice folks and some of new ones went away too. Hope it wasn't my breath from eating too many flies! LOL froggie

Well, If nobody else will< I'll check in this evening. It looks like froggie was up most of the night. I ate salad for supper tonight. I'm real proud of myself. Now if I could only remember lunch, And for the life of me I don't, but I know I did eat. lol I haven't got on the scales, but my clothes aren't loose on me yet. Hows others doing?Would like to hear from some more of you!

Hi everyone

I've been posting when I could. But lately been under the weather, and
tried to bury myself under the ground a couple weeks ago. So my typing
had to wait. Now my asthma and other things are acting up.

So its just wait and see, what is next. But at least I am not putting
on weight. I'm losing and not the wrong way again.

I'm around 133, or so. And pretty happy to be. Still going to diet
and try to go down.

Hoping all are well.

Froggie here now, was up all night long...finally went to bed a 5:30.UGH. Then I got a head ache from my C-spine. Thats OK though I still feel happy!
Embarassed a bit though cause have to admit I have gained back 9 pounds from being a little piggy and forgetting I am really a froggie.
