Hi,
http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov I haven't tried this site, but apparently it analyzes your daily food and exercise for you. It is free -- much cheaper than the Weight Watchers site. If I try it, I'll give you a report. Mari |

This is awesome! I'm gonna do it. Maybe this is what I needed to get back on track--thank you for posting this! I just checked it out as a guest a little bit and I think it's really cool! yikes I have already eaten my days intake and it is only noon! sigh I guess an egg/sausage/cheese with raisin toast sanwich and a waffle with butter and syrup was a bit of a big breakfast..... bizi
