it really does help to actually see this doesn't it?

even eating an extra bite here and there adds up. my weakness...bing a garbage disposal. yep. i will eat grandmonkeys leftover crust from peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. the peice of cookie he leaves. stuff like that. it adds a bunch of needless calories.

i love egg nog too. the light and lower fat versions are really good.

i'll be logging my food monday. today was wonky. i actually did not barely eat. air popped popcorn for dinner. the family ate, but i had a very high pain afternoon and evening. wiped out my appetite.

OK, if Biz can post hers, I can too. Now remember, I was kinda watching it after two days of binging on that chocolate layered pudding desert--with the cream cheese layer!! I STILL have these results!! OMG Biz---what are we gonna DO with us?????

Nutrient Your Intake Recommendation or Acceptable Range
Food Energy/Total Calories (kcals) 2730 2351
Protein (gm) 54 46
Carbohydrate (gm) 370 130
Total Fiber (gm) 19 25
Total Fat (gm) 124.3 60.7 - 106.2
Saturated Fat (gm) 41.4 < 30.3
Monounsaturated Fat (gm) 48 **
Polyunsaturated Fat (gm) 24 **
Linoleic (omega 6) (gm) 22.9 12
Alpha Linolenic (omega 3) (gm) 1.5 1.1
Cholesterol (mg) 136 < 300
Vitamin A (mcg RAE) 946.2 700
Vitamin C (mg) 89.2 75
Vitamin E (mg a-TE) 10.8 15
Thiamin (mg) 1.8 1.1
Riboflavin (mg) 2.6 1.1
Niacin (mg) 22.4 14
Folate (mcg, DFE) 448.3 400
Vitamin B6 (mg) 1.9 1.3
Vitamin B12 (mcg) 3.5 2.4
Calcium (mg) 1031.2 1000
Phosphorus (mg) 1116.7 700
Magnesium (mg) 314.6 320
Iron (mg) 13.6 18
Zinc (mg) 6.9 8
Selenium (mcg) 58.5 55
Potassium (mg) 2489 4700
Sodium (mg) 2872 1500 - 2300

I'm also on quite a few supplements too. Was I supposed to do something with them too? I just finished this and came over here. I'm gonna go back and fill in the exercise one though. It's fun! Thanks again Mari. Hey Biz--did you see where you can keep track of yourself in private of course? That's really cool! Maybe if we can see on paper what we're doing every day, it'll sink in! I hafta get moving on this!!

I walked today--did anyone else?? I didn't really want to, but when I got into it, it wasn't so bad!! Kinda got that old rush back! I also got my book from Amazon yesterday. " The New Yoga for People Over 50". PM doc (anesthesiologist) suggested I try Yoga, so asked one of the yoga gurus on the PN forum for a suggested book.

Next pic of me I spose I'll be waving at ya with my legs behind my neck.........that's Yoga, isn't it? After that they'd hafta get the chainsaw out to cut something so I could get unstuck, but HEY it loooked good for a while. I got my head stuck between the wrought Iron bars of our railing on the porch one time. I DON"T KNOW WHAT THE HE!! I WAS DOING PUTTING IT IN THERE OK! That's just what mom asked me and I was too young to tell her that, so......

They had to get some lard up from the basement and smear my ears and sides of my faces all gooey the flies loved me. And I KNOW mom told my older brother to pull me out cuz she knew he'd just pull as hard as he could, not giving a rip if I'd have an ear left to pierce in a few years!

Obviously it came out, and I never put my head through another porch railing again. See how quickly some people learn???

So concludes chapter one in our bedtime story! Hey--I haven't rambled for a long time..... I'm done now!
Hugs,
LS

Jan,
I did not see where you can add your multivitamins etc.
that would be nice!
I did make it to the gym today...I am slowly getting better at the sqwats and lunges....I could not stay balanced and kept falling over.
I don't like going and am so glad when it is over. I know that it is good for me.
lol
good for you for walking!
must eat better today.
I really do think I gained a pound over the weekend.
I will do better today.....
wonder how many calories in a margarita...it is $.99 monday...
oh I am so bad.....

Hi Bizi and Jan,

Bizi I need to get back to journaling my WW plan. The only walking I got done today was in the grocery store and around my house today searching for things.

Jan, you tickle me.

Hi Curious, I missed you the 1st time around. I'm a garbage disposal too with food.
