I managed 2 miles on the treadmill today. I had a lot going on.

I did weigh on my MIL's scales today. I was shocked. I think I started out at 175.5. On my MIL's scales I was 168. That was fully clothed. Jean's, long sleeve shirt and tennis shoes, at 3pm, after eating breakfast and lunch, plus lots of water.

I did notice my jeans being baggy today. For that, I'm happy.

Just checking in, no update for me right now. I'm just having a rough
week of test and therapy.

But will keep up what I can.

Hello ALL, I'm around just have not gotten to the "putter" all that much. Had horrible head pain and jerking arms yesterday, from lifting groceries and picked up some limbs in the yard. Today is great, all jerks and ouchys gone.
Still having brain sluge & over eating...got to get myself on track. Today is Rheumy appointment so will be weighed. froggie:

Good Morning my Darling Frog.

Drink lots of water when you get home. You will have your starting point. A great day for a new beginning.

Praying all is well at your appointment and that you have a pain free day.

Thanks Curious, appointment was fine as far as they go, I guess. I did get a nice shot in my left thumb joint, so hopefully it will be much better tomorrow. What wasn't fun was the lady that ran into the back of our car causing some damage to the bumber. I have a awfully sore neck and it of course is going down my spine too. UGH! What a day we had. BOOM crash and we were real surprised. Made me a slow hopper for the day! Should have stayed in the frog pond where I belong. froggie

Froggie

So sorry for your accident. Hoping the neck and things get to feeling better.

I can relate to pain. But mine I kind of caused. I had a massage today.
And it seems my knee area is bruising to easily, I've got to figure out why.

Hmmm/

According to my scale...(the one that has a history of lying to me!!!) I am UP 2 pounds this afternoon. I know I could say it was because of food and coffees and maybe even lack of the daily "BM"...but sadly I cannot lay the blame there.....I do believe it has more to do with the several drumsticks I have ate. No not the chicken type ones!! The chocolate kinda ones!! Had some low times with the ciggy cravings and ran to the Good Humour Man...sorry gang! I am back at it today. Just still very very tired from being so sick..getting better though!
