...journal all week...and I...
lost 1.2 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!??????????? I am stunned!!!!!! Another .8 offa me, and I'll be at *********90 lost**********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toot, toot!!  LIZARD, who really needed some good news after this past week

this is great, not great but fantastic news!!!!!!! woo hoo! and you have one big holiday over thanksgiving day...you are going to survive the next holiday jsut as well. good for you!

Let's just hope so! My DD is making her salmon for Christmas dinner, and then we'll be heading out to VA to see the family, so I might be able to handle it, but it won't all be within my control, so we'll have to see. (Last year, we were there the whole week, and I gained .02 lbs over 2 weeks--hardly a gain at all!
I had far more points to work with then, but I don't physically feel the need for nearly as much now, so it might happen...)The Incredible Shrinkin' LIZARD
