Hey everybody !
I would like to lose 40 lbs.... I would love to hear ideas... I mean, hints you know... I have considered some: -Eating only 1000 calories per day (I feel hungry but... ) -Drink at least 6 glasses of water... About excercise, Im the WORST, have never liked it, but I know it is necessary... Will 15 minutes walk do something ? or I need definetely more time... ? Also, does that natural pills work ?? Like those made of apple, or green tea... Any side effects ?? I have hypothiroidism.... so... even worse.... ! Thanks ! |
