Default Weight :3/3/09 gone down from 249 to ?

Hi, I need to start this for my own encouragement. So please if you would like to respond its fine. If not its fine too. But I am finding it hard to lose the weight I need to, to live a healthy life.

So I'm going to celebrate the milestones. Today's is this:
Doctor's Office weight with shoes 234.2
Home with out shoes 230.0

Now my new goal is to get to 220 on my scales. I haven't set a date. I'm
not setting myself up for failure. I wish like on another site I used to belong
to, I knew how to make a chart at the bottom but I don't.

My ultimate goal is 180. But I'm shooting for 220 now.

Donna
