I just got back from Curves, first went to the post office to mail the out of town Christmas gifts. Worked up an appetite.. Mr.Alffe is at the elementary school reading with a little boy...I'm trying to wait until he gets home to eat lunch.

*whisper...in the freezer, while digging for some hamburger, I discovered one of those decadent cinnemon bagels from Panera Bread....~sigh

How was the bagel?????

good morning.
i am off to a good healthy eating this week. it really did pay off for hubby to go grocery shopping sunday without me. heck..mr workout body builder bought healthy healthy food. i buy healthy food...but the extra healthy did the trick. lol

he is on the band wagon to help me get the 10 lbs off. changed his tactics. thank goodness! lol.

i am back on my herbal teas. sure helps with this cold weather. i even dug out my mug warmer.

grandmonkey and i are dancing fools. crank up the radio...and have some fun silly time. hehehe...i do a mean air guitar now. have an awesome little teacher.

awesome for getting to curves alffe! hehe..bizi...i had a late jammie day today too.

billie had a late night...or kinda early morning. so...howdy howdy sweet billie when you check in!!

and jan...rest and heal that mouth. gentle (((hugs)))...btw...i snuck over and stole all the chocolates with nuts...just incase they might hurt to chew.

I have a project on my mind and it is taking a long time and my full attention. Well tell you about it later. Where is everybody today? Not many showing up for roll call. if you read, please check in. We like to know you are still alive. We do care.

Karen I am wondering how you are, and did you find anothe DR? I have had to make some changes and usually like them ok. I will say a prayer for you tonight. Depression is ruff hon, and you need to talk to at least a friend. maybe having a understanding Doc along the way. I couldn't have children either, so I understand that one. Adoption can be the answer, but don't wait 16 yrs like we did. It gets hard to raise them when you are older.

befuddled2~ where are you? I miss seeing you on lately. I think you are improving and seem upbeat to me. Thats good, for what you are going thru.

Gaye~ I am worried about you even tho I hear from you some. Are you having those shakes again or headaches?

Lynner's~ What are you up too? Everyone must be shopping, and planning the holiday's. Me, well I'm just getting cought up with the moving. I had
stored much in my garage and each day I get through more of it. Maybe I'll make it after all. Things are falling in place for me.
