Hello everyone~
I hope your warmer than I am. The furnace has worked all night here. I'm glad I have a gas one in the family room. It's just a wall unit, but I am going to have a fireplace (gas) put in later on and put this unit in the garage. It will half to wait till next summer.

I have the cutest e mail on hand right now. Wish I knew eveyones "E: addy. It just gets you going with music. I am always up earily, no matter when I go to bed. This e mail just gets you in a happy mood right off, first thing. Sending it to some of you, so you can get up dancing.

How is everyone this nice crisp day? It is suppose to warm up tomorrow and stay around for a few days. I hope so. I gotta go and get my hair done this morning. I have looked a fright all week with this wind. I hope to get some more done this week and not run so much, I have most of the week. Have a great day and keep us posted. Well, even without the music he is darling and made me smile! Nice to wake up to. It's cold here too Billie... I talked to one of my daughters in Bloomington last night and she was cold....not used to being that cold.

I'm trying to nurse an orphaned baby deer through the winter...he did discover the corn block I left for him under a fir tree at church. People tell me I'm crazy...it's survival of the fitest and you don't feed wild things. Well, I may not be able to do anything about the starving children in Sudan but I can try to help a little deer.

That is so nice of you. I am heating the place my cats are and got them a water dish that has to be pluged in to keep the water from freezing. Thats my good deed for my animals.

it's 20 degrees here in texas. plus wind chill. my coffee seems tobe taking forever to make. lil'monkey runs cross country....outside in this cold. i know she has long long legs...but how she still runs so fast and for long when it it freezing i'll never know. her vocal coach insists on her wearing a bandana over her mouth. ( btw....jullie posted a pic of us from last night...it's on the survivors of suicide forum....jingle thread)

i don't know why i have such motivation right now. it just kicked in. maybe it's the holidays and having company. maybe if i get these last few pounds off it will take stress off my back. i have 8lbs to go to hit my frist goal weight. then iwill see if i need to really lose anymore.

we fed the deer when i lived in minnesota alffe. we had an old barn we would leave open. some people said we were just helping the hunters have a bigger deer. i can't stand to see any animal suffer. i hope that baby makes it.

now you stay warm billie. stay out of the wind. you have to keep that new do today nice and pretty.

Good morning everyone~
We're having a heatwave here in Minnesota!! Iit's supposed to get up to 20 or so today!! We are happy as all get out cuz the wind chill was below zero!! Where did you live here Big C?

I have a problem guys.....I can only bake one more kind of cookie. I only have room for one more ice cream pail in my freezer.

I only have my little freezer here, the bigger freezer had to stay with my house when I sold it.....

Oh well, if that's my biggest problem...... Well, actually, the big problem is that the pain meds that the oral surgeon gave me are gone after today, so back to my old pain levels. D@mnnn I don't wanna go back to that.... I know, whine, whine--pass the cheese.....

I'm taking it a little easy today--just gonna clean a little bit--got a date tonight. The guy I loaded up with cake and candy. Tonight he's getting cookies. Man, I'll never know if he likes me for me or not this way, will I? What do you think mother hen. Any advice?

Good morning everyone, getting an early start here. Just dropped the boy off at school and thought I would see how all my friends are doing.

Jan, i couldn't stop thinking about cookies so I ended up making about 4 dozen last night. I sent some to school with the kids and I am encouraging everyone to have a few so they are not around to tempt me. so far so good.

I think that is so nice to feed the animals like that. The most I can do is put up a bird feeder. I had it outside my bedroom window but I had to move it because the birds would fly into my window. So since I am a big Hitchcock fan I decided that I didn't want to relive the Birds I moved it out to the back of the yard and sure enough they found it.

Weather is still nice here today. Lots of sun and high in the 60's.

Nancy, how are you doing today after your marathon MRI session. Any answers yet? I am sure you are very sore and tired after that so take it easy.

Well I am going to put up the rest of the decorations and Christmas up this place. Have a great Friday...Sue

Sue~ I too have had birds fly into our silding glass door also.

Curious~ I do feel sorry for you. I am sitting here with long john's on. I don't think this house is heating up right either. Three furnaces that I have to keep my eye upon. Think I'll see if I can find the repair guy at town eating dinner.

It really bothered me where I finally located the corn blocks...in the hunters dept! I guess they leave food out in hope of "bagging" one there.

I hope your furnace finally did it's job Billie...the sun is out here but brrrrrrrr!
