WE went to a choral high school singing group last night.
The old traditional christmas songs...what fun!
they were really good!
Tonight we are going to a christmas out door gathering..there will be a bon fire...although it is not cold this year...last year we froze...it is supposed to be almost 80 ths weekend...
I am listening to christmas music as I type and it is very nice!

Hoping that you all are able to spend time with some family and friends over the holidays....

Sounds very Christmasie! Nice. Hope you are ready for all of the festivities! I had 2 awesome days with my step-daughter and her beau this week but pushed too hard and ended up in bed, that makes me upset with myself but those 2 days will always be remembered - we had a wonderful time together. And we know a secret - the beau is proposing Tuesday night!!!!! Such romance. It will be a Fall wedding in Salt Lake City. Maybe all of you can come?

Hi guys~
Sorry BS, didn't mean to give you a coronary, hehehe, but I was at Mayo all day yesterday--left here at 6am and got home at 7:30pm. Needless to say, my feet were stuck in a volcano, so didn't sleep much, so didn't get up till late, then had to get new prescriptions filled--up to drug store (which PM forgot to sign, so they are waiting for the fax) and do all my other errands, and a g/f has called me 3 times today needing me d@mn near an hour each time.......lemme see what else. Oh yeah, I'm cooking dinner tonight for a date he'll be here at 6pm--glad he's not fussy. Other than that it's been a slow day.

Gotta tell you all of my SUCCESS yesterday real quick though. BOTH Dr's said it is time to get some heavier duty pain relief! Halleluia!!! My INternist wrote the script, but then my PM called him and they came up with a different plan, and he wrote a different one--that he forgot ot sign. I like that they are working as a team. I will be going down there more often, but, whatever it takes....

Now I'm REALLY glad I gave them cookies!! I love them!! Well, I loved them before this too. So, I will be felling more like my old self soon--like I did before all this crap started happening to my body..... for how long, I dunno, but, sure as he!! am looking forward to it!

Now I really hafta go--just got off the phone from boatguy. Life is good! BC--you PROMISED, no more choker!!! Have a good day, and talk to you when I can! Again, sorry BS....didn't mean to scare ya.....luv ya!

You will feel so much better unless you overdo, which I can tell you is agony!

Hi Bizi, Nancy, and Jan.

I haven't done one single thing today but sit on my behind all day and night. I guess after being so busy for a week I shouldn't be down on myself for being lazy today and enjoying it. A lot of the reasons why I was so lazy was because the phone woke me up early and I never got the proper rest.

You are allowed a down day.
It is one thing being tired and not feeling like doing anything.
another to be unmotivated to do anything and finally...content and decide to just hang out and allow yourself to stay in your jammies if that is what you want to do.
I really don't like the word lazy...it is labeling yourself and you don't need to call yourslef names...

PS--Hey BS--the Christmas present from muscle guy tonight was two bottles of my favorite champagne!! The irony here is he doesn't drink, so I'll hafta share them with one of the other guys. BUT he's the one who ate the candy that I got from one of the other guys (candy/boat guy gave me a 10 pound canister of fancy mixed nuts that I have all but one cashew eaten--like THAT'S better than candy??, and a gift certificate to a bunch of stores where it can be used, but I only recognize Herberger's)....so, does this mean things evened out??

I can't wait till next Wednesday to see what picnic guy is getting me. He's been giving me hints and driving me nuts--and he knows it--that's why he's doing it. The hints so far were--wear dressier clothes, and I said a dress? he said sure, "are you afraid of heights", and bring a warm coat. I guessed dinner at a restaurant--like on the 25th floor and he said nope. All I can think of is an airplane or a hot air baloon, but what's with the dressier clothes then?? hmmmmm And I'm thinking, jeesh, all I got him was an executive pen with his name engraved on it and about 7 dozen cookies.....
