My aunt takes Fosamax and she has breast cancer.

Something about the combination of the chemo and the fosamax her teeth got really bad. So they had to take them all out and wait to see if she could have dentures.

She could not because the jaw bone didnot heal properly and she has osteonecrosis.

I recently also saw an ad for a lawyer soliciting patients that took fosamax and the other one and has osteonecrosis. There is a large class action suit.

I also read somewhere that they might have some alternatives in a couple of years that are better than this current class of drugs.
