I love your inspired mood.
![]() I'm hoping to not be tired one day soon. I want to add that when I wrongly thought I could raise my B12 level by taking MegaB tablets, I was having about 4 or 5 of them an hour with a huge amount of liquid. It made no difference to my B12 level, but my allergies went away. Completely. Before I had them so badly my face would swell and I'd look a lot like a pancake. Plus all the itching and sneezing. So now prior to each allergy season I take a good B vitamin a couple times a day with a lot of liquid. I have the Jarrow B formula now, and I like that. I've found there aren't enough B vitamins in many of the multivitamins to get the same results. ![]()

People with severe malabsorption won't get any B12 out of the usual B complex, multi, etc.
For those, at least 1000 mcg at a time is necessary to be near certain of getting any. rose
