The Zyrtec is working pretty well and I'm still on only half a pill. Still taking Nasonex too. I might go up to a whole pill of Zyrtec because I still get congested somewhat but I don't get sinus headaches at all anymore which is great.

I take Singular and Nasonex . I see that Nasonex is used by alot on this board.
