Hi Frankie!!

Welcome to NT!!!

I understand about anxiety... I live it 24/7. I stay in my room in the dark many days in a row.

Today I "HAD" to go to the grocery. It was extremely hard, difficult breathing, sweating, etc...

Please feel free to roam around and join in anywhere!! You will find there are many, many caring and sincere people here!!!

Feel free to ask questions when you need... help others where you can... also feel free to vent if you need to---we understand.

I hope to see you around the board!!

Abbie
