Are you in therapy,on meds, going to support groups? All with self help skills can help. I have done every type of therapy in my life and know people who have done similar. I think it is going to vary what works for one person to another. In the mean time what are some ways you can work on being in the present? Is your life full with things you enjoy, people, etc? Maybe taking a class or doing something to feel excited about may help. Can you identify why at such a young age you are worried about when you pass on?
