The OCD errupted when I went through drug rape it was the catalyst for my nervous breakdown and reared childhood trauma. I have been diagnose with bpd anxiety ptsd ocd clinical depression
With the OCD I feel that I will get contaminated by people and anything that is outside my home I dont travel on public transport its been 11yrs since I did itis debilitating
I walk around with black bags if I cannot stand anymore in the hospitals and surgeries this has not helped with my fibromyalga pains I hate it
I have lost lots of friend through this some find it funny due to my behaviour and rituals.

have you considered Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help with the OCD?

T quote proffesionals stated that the CBT I was offered from a vewry good hospital who specialise in this th Maudsley my borough said they could not afford it so I see a psychologist in my area.
but its not the foremost of me seiing her maudsley said to work on the ocd is to deal with the rapes first ss they are the cause of OCD

Not so much the dirt, but definitely the bacteria. Thanks to constant bacterial infections I now have CRPS. I also have been diagnosed with OCD so this has obviously made quite an impact on that.

Remember this!!! Fear it and do it anyway!!! OCD is far from a disorder, if your able to find the balance of it your realise you have no disorder your just far more clever and intelligent than you know you are, people to talk about OCD as it gives them a moral high ground in being opinionated again any one particular of approaching and carrying out tasks and ways of doing things, apparently there is only certain ways of doing things, and if you break the mould and do it in your own personal way to what ever your particular standards and expectations are you have OCD do you? They don't know what they are talking about, don't be so hard on yourself, the brain controls everything, when you can tune in to your own frequency and signal, your see what I'm saying
