You are a strong person. Thanks for your encouraging words. You can only know how that feels like by experiencing it. Let's just say they're not good experiences but we learn and grow from them. We can overcome fears and recognize anxiety-powered thoughts. Adjustments are necessary and a little polish don't hurt.
