Uff Mari.... I feel exactly the same... I can only sleep... I need to study but I cant I feel too tired and I dont know why !!!

And, of course, the few hours I dont sleep, I cry, so, I cant study either !!!

Do you have any strategies when you cry like that?

I'm down . . . also low energy --> not sure which is which. Maybe they are the same thing.

I had migraine today it's 1:50 am here now, and, Im up listening music....
